The LGBTQ+ Pride Center at °®½´ÊÓÆµ welcomes all °®½´ÊÓÆµ students and staff whether you identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community, as a straight cisgender ally, or still not sure. This is a place for all.

The purpose and goal of the Pride Center is to provide access to information and connection with community. °®½´ÊÓÆµ has a number of programs to support LGBTQ+ students and we invite you to take advantage of all programs and opportunities that interest you. If you are on a path of self-discovery, we are all here to support you.

Pride Center Locations

Campus Pride Center

The new physical Pride Center is located in room 1014, on the bottom floor of the 1000 building. This space will officially open with the start of the fall semester on August 26, 2024. The Pride Center will typically be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11AM to 2PM.  Students and staff may drop in during these times except for when the space is being used for Pride Club meetings, trainings, or other reserved uses.  

What You Will Find

    • A comfortable space to study, socialize, and connect with your community.
    • A space for meetings and trainings for up to 16 people.
    • A sexual health resource center with information, condoms, and HIV testing information.
    • Snacks! - Provided by the °®½´ÊÓÆµ Basic Needs Center.
    • Community information, programs and resource information provided by the Napa LGBTQ Connection.
    • The Flag in the Map exhibit.

Campus LGBTQ+ Advocate And Liaison

California Education Code Section 66271.2 requires each California Community College district to designate an employee as a point of contact to address the needs of LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and students.  

If you are a member of the LGBTQ community or an ally who would like to know more about how °®½´ÊÓÆµ supports LGBTQ students and staff or if you have a concern or challenge and don't know where to go, please contact our Campus LGBT Advocate and Liaison for assistance. This is a confidential resource to get answers and help.
