Board Meeting: February 2021

At the February 11 Board of Trustees meeting, the board approved a contract with the County of Napa to provide support for redistricting of trustee areas as required by law following the census. The Board also approved the 2021-2022 legislative priorities and the nonresident tuition fee and approved BP 4020 and BP 4029.

Board of Trustees: January 2021

At the January 14 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board unanimously approved a resolution authorizing lease of certain real property located on the Ƶ Upper Valley Campus to the City of St. Helena for municipal purposes. Board chair Jennifer Baker appointed board members to committees and college foundations and Ƶ Foundation executive director Jessica Thomason provided an update on foundation activities.
