°®½´ÊÓƵ Invites Community to Provide Input on Community Education Classes and Programs

°®½´ÊÓƵ (°®½´ÊÓƵ) serves the community in a number of ways, including Community Education classes and programs, which provide opportunities to learn, grow and develop. °®½´ÊÓƵ is planning to expand its community education offerings across the county and would like input to help inform that process.
Community Education programs are short-term (ranging from one three-hour session to multiple sessions across several weeks). The classes are fee-based, with typical fees ranging from $30 to $300. These programs are separate from °®½´ÊÓƵ’s credit programs – anyone can participate, and classes are ungraded and do not result in college credit.
Some examples of topics currently covered by °®½´ÊÓƵ’s Community Education program include wellness, life planning, creative writing, languages, cooking and gardening. Classes are taught by industry experts and designed to quickly deliver specific skills and knowledge for personal enrichment or professional development.
°®½´ÊÓƵ’s goal is to serve the diverse needs of our community by offering affordable lifelong learning, as well as personal and career enrichment opportunities. Share your input and help inform °®½´ÊÓƵ’s future Community Education offerings by completing a short survey by Friday, June 4: or (in Spanish).
